Srinagar: Four terrorists were killed in an encounter with security forces in Sopore area of Baramulla district in North Kashmir on Tuesday. The ultra was killed in a joint operation launched by police and army in Saidpora village of Sopore town, 55 kms from Srinagar, a police spokesman said.
Several terrorists were suspected to be involved in the encounter. The gunbattle started at 4 am and continued for nearly 12 hours before the security forces eliminated all the terrorists.
