'Special Chabbis' to have a Tamil remake

One of the most gripping thrillers of the recent times, 'Special 26' will soon be have a remake in Tamil. Sources reveal that a leading production house has been roped for the remake. The lead role in the Hindi version was played by Akshay Kumar; so down South, they want a mass hero to portray the role.

'Special 26' was directed by Neeraj Pandey and was produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures.

The cinematography is by Bobby Singh, the music for the film was composed by Himesh Reshammiya and MM Keeravani.

'Special 26' to have a Tamil remake

Neeraj Pandey's earlier film 'A Wednesday' was already remade in Tamil titled as 'Unnai Pol Oruvan'.

It is worth mentioning here that Neeraj Pandey's yet another success 'A Wednesday' was already remade in Tamil into 'Unnai Pol Oruvan', starring Ulaga Nayagan.
