Her boyfriend had initially agreed to marry her but then found out that they were distantly related and refused to marry her.
However, after the woman threatened to commit suicide, he relented.
Before that, they even had a short ceremony on top of the tower, but he again went back on his word after climbing down.
The woman, who continued to threaten suicide, has now been arrested and is in police custody.
