Colombo (Sri Lanka): Sri Lanka's government says the death toll from flash floods and mudslides following three days of heavy rain across the country has climbed to 25, with another 14 people missing.
The Disaster Management Center said in a report Thursday that the floods have also destroyed more than 300 homes and displaced nearly 20,000 people.
