Shah Rukh Khan may be spared MCA ban if he apologises: Sources

New Delhi: The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) on Friday reportedly said that it may not impose a ban on actor Shah Rukh Khan if the latter apologised for his behaviour at the Wankhede Stadium post an IPL match on Wednesday night.

Victory turned sour for the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) co-owner, who had an altercation with the security and the officials of the association post the match.

The MCA officials alleged that the actor got drunk after his team beat the Mumbai Indians (MI). They claimed the actor misbehaved with the security personnel when they refused to let him enter the ground after the match.

The KKR co-owner had an altercation with officials of the MCA outside Wankhede stadium on Wednesday.

The MCA had decided to file a case and said it would ban the actor from entering the Wankhede Stadium for life.

Shah Rukh Khan, meanwhile, refused to apologise, terming his behaviour as correct and appropriate.
