Mumbai: Jet Airways India Ltd said on Wednesday the shareholders have approved the appointment of Shah Rukh Khan, Yash Raj Chopra and Pierre J Jeanniot as directors of the company.
The shareholders at the AGM held on Wednesday have approved the appointment of Yash Raj Chopra, Shah Rukh Khan and Pierre J Jeanniot as directors, each liable to retire by rotation, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The AGM also approved the re-appointment of Javed Akhtar, Saroj K Datta, Ali Ghandour and Victoriano P Dungca as directors of the company, it said.
The company also declared a dividend of 60 per cent for the financial year 2005-06, it added.
