New Delhi: Students clashed at Jawahar Lal Nehru University (JNU) on Tuesday night allegedly over caste related issues.
A scuffle between two groups broke out in the university campus when a Dalit student was allegedly teased by a few other students for his caste affiliations.
Matters worsened when the first-year Dalit student and his brother, an ex-student of the university, went to the hostel to protest.
A couple of students were hurt, they were later taken to Safdarjung hospital for first-aid.
