Mumbai: Post 'Kahaani', director Sujoy Ghosh is busy writing the script for 'Badla' but says it is not a sequel to the Vidya Balan starrer that reaped gold at the box office. Ghosh took to Twitter to clear the air.
"I'm getting lot of calls from people who seem to be a little confused, & rightfully so. since my incoming is not free & steep let me clarify," he tweeted.
"BADLA is not the sequel to Kahaani. that's another story altogether. I hope this helps in bringing down the telephone bill," Ghosh further wrote.
Informing that he is writing 'Badla' with Naseeruddin Shah and Vidya in mind, Ghosh tweeted: "The script that I am writing for sir is called BADLA, which, if I write well, will have naseerji & the balan. all depends on the script."
