Surat: 1-day old baby boy thrown off 3rd floor of a building, miraculously survives

Surat: In a shocking incident, a one-day old baby boy was thrown off the third floor of a building on Thursday in Surat. The baby miraculously survived the impact but is in a critical condition.

Meanwhile, the infant's mother too was found in an unconscious state and was rushed to a hospital. Doctors said that she too is serious.

The police claimed that a few locals have alleged that it was the mother who threw the baby. Police Inspector MN Parmar said, "The baby was thrown by a lady named Puja. We are investigating the reason for the same."
