New Delhi: It's been three days since one-and-a half -year old Pranshu Shiroya, the son of a diamond trader in Surat was kidnapped from his house on Sunday evening, but there's still no word on his whereabouts.
The Surat police says investigations are on, supervised by the Police Commissioner and two Deputy Commissioners.
Seven people have been detained for interrogation but no arrests have been made yet.
The 48-hour deadline given to the police by the Patidar community expired on Wednesday.
