For the first time in his 20 year career, director Shankar is bringing up a front line Mollywood actor to play an important role in his new film. Yes, Shankar's new flick 'I' will have Mollywood star Suresh Gopi donning a pivotal role.
Basically a romantic movie featuring Vikram in the lead, the movie will start its shoot by the 15th of July. AR Rahman is in charge of music while PC Sreeram handles the camera.
Suresh Gopi had earlier been in Tamil for just three movies, including Ajith's 'Dhina' and Sharathkumar's 'Samasthanam'.
