New Delhi: A Taliban spokesman has said that they killed a second South Korean hostage on Tuesday.
He said the body had been dumped on the roadside, but there is no official confirmation.
The spokesman threatened that more hostages would be killed if the Afghanistan government ignored their demand to release prisoners.
The Taliban had taken hostage 23 Koreans, 18 of them women, 11 days ago from a bus in Ghazni.
They had killed the leader of the group on Wednesday after an earlier deadline passed. The Afghan government has ruled out a prisoner swap.
