Finally, Silambarasan aka Simbu's 'Podaa Podi' will see an audio launch. Sony music has now acquired the music rights of this romantic musical. A press note states that the music will be unveiled in a few weeks.
The musical stars Simbu and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles and marks the latter's foray in Tamil cinema.
The album consists of six tracks, including a few theme tracks and a Bhangra number by T Rajendar aka TR! STR has crooned two songs and penned the Bhangra number while Yuvan Shankar Raja has also sung a song for his dear friend; STR. Music is composed by Dharan.
The title song is sung by Benny Dayal and Andrea Jeremiah.
