Tamil hit 'Renigunta' to be remade in Kannada

The super hit Tamil film 'Renigunta' is remade in Kannada as 'Anekeri Beedhi' that is one of the locality names in the Mandya district. 'Anekeri Beedhi' has 180 years history but nothing is part of the film says Keerthana Joseph debuting as director from this film as director. He is the son of very popular Drummer Deva of Karnataka.

Renigunta was released in 2009 was written and directed by newcomer Pannerselvam. SS Chakravarthy made this film was a box office hit in Tamil.

Joseph is of course bringing nativity changes to the Tamil film 'Renigunta' in the Kannada version. He is also roping in Tpatti Ganesh actor of the same film to Kannada and naming him as 'Kaddipettige Ganesh'. The shooting of sixty days is well planned by this ad film maker and creative head in Tamil Nadu is trying for a new look and feel in the Kannada remake film 'Anekere Beedhi'.

A workshop is in the mind of Joseph to select the right artist for the film. He has picked only Srikanth alias Sriki hero of 100 days film 'Olave Mandhara' as hero for the film.

Actor in one Kannada film and television serials Manjunath Gowda is producing the film with Venkatesh Gowda. Manjunath Gowda is also appearing in the film but his role is not yet decided. Sabhakumar known for his technical brilliance in 'Psycho' is the cameraman. Charan and Job studied in Malnad college of engineering in Hassan developed music sense in the college days. They are duo music directors of this film. Charan likes to give a new sound to the songs with Jazz and Sufi in his debut music direction.
