On November 7, the votes polled on October 29 after a no-confidence motion against Tamil Film Producers Council president SA Chandrasekaran would be taken up for counting.
On Monday, Justice E Padmanabhan, who was appointed by the Madras High Court to preside over the Sunday's general body meeting of the Council, submitted his report before a City Civil Court in Chennai.
The Court accepted the report and said the case will be taken up for hearing on November 7. On the same day, the contents of the report will be discussed and the votes polled will be counted.

Tension prevailed at the extraordinary general body meeting of TFPC in Chennai on Sunday, after two factions leveled charges against each other. Supporters of SAC and those backing KR were seen involved in heated arguments.
