Mumbai: Team of new Bollywood flick Acid Factory made an appearance at the Big Adda office in Mumbai to mark their association with the social networking site in a bid to gather more eye balls for their film.
Actor in the film Aftab Shivdasani said, “In today's age you cant ignore the internet, specially when film promotions are concerned.”
Actress Dia Mirza who added a dash of glamour to the event had some well-rehearsed lines for the media too.
“Its not an action film, its a thriller and I’m sure the people will like it. Our faith and belief in the film is so much that and we've put in so much that we will be shattered if it doesn't go in the direction it should go,” added Mirza.
Acid Factory is thriller revolving around characters who constantly face short-term memory loss. It explores how the notion of right and wrong changes when one's past is erased. Now if that reminds you of Aamir Khan's Ghajini, then the producer has a strong defense to offer.
Producer of the film Sanjay Gupta said, “It’s not an out and out action film, it's a thriller, will keep the audience guessing unlike Ghajini.
The film hits theatres on October 9 and with no other significant release slated for the weekend, it might just be able to pass the acid test at the box office.
