BANGALORE: The Congress on Saturday slapped a show cause notice on former Lok Sabha member Tejaswini Gowda for her alleged vitriolic remarks against MLA and former Congress working president D K Shivakumar.
KPCC president G Parameswar has asked why no action was taken against her for her anti-party activities by criticising Shivakumar and other Congress leaders besides taking part in the programmes and functions attended by JD(S) leaders.
The issuance of notice is an outcome of a report submitted by Ramangaram District Congress Committee on Tejaswini’s recent jibes at Shivakumar.
