New Delhi: In a new twist in the bribery row, Lt General Tejinder Singh on Tuesday filed a complaint against Army Chief General V K Singh and four other officers with Union Defence Minister A K Antony.
The complaint has been filed over the publication of a press release dated March 5, which stated that Tejinder Singh had offered a bribe of Rs 14 crore to the Army Chief.
Lt General Tejinder Singh in his complaint has said that this is a violation of army act and that the officers should be punished.

The complaint has been filed over a press release, which accused Lt Gen Tejinder Singh of offering a bribe to General VK Singh.
He has further said that General V K Singh, after his retirement, should be attached so that he can present himself for any enquiry against him.
