Dossier proves Pak agencies behind 26/11

New Delhi: India has handed over a dossier to Pakistan which includes evidence that show Pakistani elements were involved in planning and executing the Mumbai terror attacks.

The dossier includes evidence of every nature - physical, forensic, electronic and human - put together in what is now know as Mumbai terror dossier.

Pakistani terrorists organisation Lashkar-e-Toiba's commanders Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi, Zarar Shah, Hafiz Saeed are the main suspects in the attacks.

But now it is clear that it was not just the Lashker that planned and executed the attacks. It also clear that a Pakistan within Pakistan is emerging, which is beyond the control of its civilian government and it is actively sponsoring terrorism.

The dossier includes confession of Ajmal Amir Kasab, the only terrorist of 26/11 attack captured alive, DNA prints of all 10 terrorists and the log book recovered from MV Kuber, the vessel which was hijacked by the terrorists to reach Mumbai.

The log book details were written in Urdu and shows terrorists performing guard duties and supplies left on MV Kuber had made in Pakistan labels.

These include photographs of detergent powder packet that were made in Pakistan, diesel container and also a matchbox with 'Made in Pakistan' labels.

It has photographs of a 10 kg wheat flour packet from Qamar Food Products, Plot No 3/3, Shah Faisal Town, Karachi. Medicam dental cream, Touch Me Shaving cream, a Mountain Dew soft drink bottle, too have been recovered and all had Pakistan labels.

The 9 mm pistols recovered from almost all terrorists had the marking 'Diamond Nedi Frontier Arms Company, Pehshawar'. Grenades recovered had Arges marking similar grenades were also when Parliament was attacked in December 2001.

Arges, an Austrian company, has stopped manufacturing grenades but has given franchise to Pakistan Ordinance Factory.

It also includes a Nokia 1200 mobile phone recovered which has the Code 0546861, IMEI number: 353526/02/584089/0

GPS records indicate the route taken by the terrorists from Karachi to Mumbai on 26/11.

The team set off at about 8 AM (Pakistan time) on November 22 in a small boat, it has emerged from GPS data and Kasab's interrogation.

About 40 minutes later, they were moved to a larger boat called Al-Hussaini that Kasab has said belonged to LeT commander Lakhvi. The transcripts of satellite phone records of conversation between 26/11 terrorists and their handlers in Pakistan and taped conversations between ISI Majors and Pakistani Army officers.

Transcripts of phone conversations between Mumbai terrorists and LeT No.4 Muzammil are also a part of the evidence.

Transcripts of internet phone calls between the 26/11 terrorists in Taj, Oberoi and Nariman House in Mumbai with their LeT controllers in Pakistan have also been included.

The LeT controllers of the operation have been identified as Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakhvi, Abu Hamza and Abu Qafa.

During these calls, Zaki-ur-Rahman Lakhvi, the LeT commander, gave instructions to the terrorists at the Taj Mahal Hotel and Chhattrapati Shivaji Terminus.

The terrorists were also instructed to kill all the Israelis in Nariman House.

The calls were made using a Cellphonics service over a Vox Phone. Cellphonics is a service provider of Voice over Internet protocol, a technology that enables a person to make and receive phone calls through the Internet.

Two international numbers were purchased from Vox Phone, one with a New Jersey registration and the other with a Vienna registration and $290 was paid through Karachi office of Western Union to Orlando office of Vox phone.

Zarar Shah, communication chief of LeT, has revealed that all the 10 terrorists were trained in Pakistan occupied Kashmir and Peshawar. Shah was the one who sent the e-mail naming Deccan Mujahideen responsible for the attack.

Shah was being handled by a Pakistani ISI Major who is the head of forward planning desk.

The 26/11 terrorists were trained by a former Pakistani special forces officer

India is now planning to add more to the dossier to prove how the ISI used India's most wanted underworld don Dawood Ibrahim to provide local logistical support to the attackers of Mumbai.
