New Delhi: Jamia Nagar encounter seems to have opened an intricate web of terror network. The intense question rounds with the arrested individuals have led Police to disclose the plot which was designed for Delhi serial blasts.

A week after terror gripped Delhi police claim they have cracked the serial blasts case. The breakthrough came after the arrest of Saif, following the encounter at Jamia Nagar on Friday.

Sources say Saif has confessed to his role in the Delhi, Ahmedabad and Jaipur blasts. He says the blasts were the brainchild of another alleged militant, Atiq alias Bashir, who died in Friday's encounter

Sources have confirmed that Bashir who was killed in the encounter on Friday had led a ten member team to Ahemadabad in July to carry out the blasts over there. It is also being revealed that there was a 14year old boy who was part of that squad and that the boy was an expert in assembling explosives and making bombs.

The team then came to Delhi to carry out the next serial blasts. Saif's interrogation led the police to another alleged terrorist Zeeshan, who was picked up from Jhandewalan in Central Delhi late Friday evening. Saif's interrogation partially reveals how the terror module worked.

According him, Saif planted the unexploded bomb at Regal Cinema in Connaught Place. While Zeeshan and another militant killed on Friday, Sajid, planted the bomb at Barakhamba Road and it was the mastermind Bashir himself who placed a bomb at the Greater Kailash market. It’s still not know who planted the bomb at Ghaffar MArket.

Mohammed Ali, SIMI treasurer who was arrested on Friday at Narsinghpur, has been sent to ten day's police remand. He is a resident of Jabalpur and was assoiciated with Tauqeer. He had been in coordination with Bashir also, who was killed in Friday’s encounter in Delhi.
