New Delhi: Calling the UPA arrogant and beset with internal contradictions, the BJP has decided to ask its cadres to prepare for mid-term polls.

A political resolution adopted at the party's two-day national executive claims there is a crisis of governance at the Centre and therefore, there is a sense of drift.

The BJP has called the truce between Finance Minister Pranab Mukherjee and Home Minister P Chidambaram a farce and targeted the Prime Minister saying he is weak and somebody not in control of the situation.

Commenting on the 2G Scam, BJP spokesperson Arun Jaitley said, "The whole country is not concerned with the process of making the documents, whats we are concerned with is the content of the documents."

Jaitley also reiterated that there was no difference between Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and BJP leader LK Advani.
