New York: Hollywood actor Daniel Craig has said that the Bond movies have always “objectified” women though the situation is now changing.
“Beautiful women have always been part of the story. In the past maybe they were more objectified. They were just eye candy. Now they're integral and powerful in their own right. They're beautiful, but now things are almost reversed," said the Bond actor.
Craig will return as 007 in Quantum of Solace due Nov 14.
"In this movie I don't think we objectify women. I'm the one taking my clothes off most of the time,” he was quoted as saying by accesshollywood.com.
