Police are yet to reveal the identity of the arrested people.

Pushing for a multi-polar world order, India, China and Russia on Tuesday decided to expand their cooperation on global issues ranging from combating international terrorism and restoring stability in the volatile AfPak region to climate change and reform of international bodies.
