Mumbai: The Times of India consulting editor and famous critic Sabina Sehgal Saikia, is feared to have been trapped inside the Taj Hotel.
Her husband Shantanu Saikia said that he has had no contact with her since early Thursday morning. He revealed that Sabina was on the sixth floor of the hotel when the terrorists attacked.
"I received the last SMS from her at 0130 hrs IST (Thursday). It her last SMS and she was very worried," Shantanu said. "The SMS was sent to Taj's PRO as well," he added.
About 20 minutes before that, hotel employees had got an SMS from Sabina saying ''they are in my bathroom'' from her.
Shantanu also said that mobile service provider Airtel showed that the last signals from her phone were picked up from Raigad.
Sabina had gone to the hotel on Wednesday evening to attend a wedding.
The Saikias have two children - a 14-year-old daughter and an 11-year-old son
