Tamil Nadu: Teacher beaten up for 'misbehaving' with children

Rameshwaram: A teacher of a school in Mandapam refugee camp in the district was beaten up by some parents on Friday for allegedly misbehaving with students.

The teacher was dragged out of the classroom by them and thrashed in the school premises. They also demanded that authorities concerned take action against him, police said.

A case had been registered against the accused based on a complaint by the parents.
