TNPSC: 40,000 candidates to appear in exam

Erode: About forty thousand candidates are appearing for the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Group IV examination to be conducted at 135 centres in the district on July 7, District Collector VK Shanmugam said on Friday.

The examinations would be conducted at Erode, Perundurai, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam and Bhavani.

Tight police security has been arranged, he added.
