The 21-year-old actress grabbed the position from last year's topper Jessica Alba.
"A lot of people have asked me if my life is totally different and if it has changed? It hasn't because my lifestyle is still exactly what it always was. I never leave my house. I stay home, I'm extremely boring and private," Megan says.
Other beauties to make it among the top 10 include actress Jessica Alba, model Keeley Hazell, Scarlett Johansson and Angelina Jolie.
Singer Britney Spears barely made it to the list by finding herself at number 100, a sharp fall after having topped the list as the sexiest in 2004.
