New Delhi: The latest victim of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)'s missing cash scandal is National treasurer Ramdas Agarwal. He has been forced to send in his resignation letter to party president Rajnath Singh.

BJP leader L K Advani is trying his best to send the message across that Rajnath Singh is incapable of managing party's affairs.

It was at Advani's insistence that action was taken against Ramdas Agarwal and Nalin Tandon. It is Advani who wants to declare the names of Lok Sabha candidates by January end.

A task that Rajnath feels is difficult to perform but Advani is pushing him. The situation has turned so ugly that even the party's national executive scheduled to be held from the January 23 in Nagpur has been postponed to February 6.

“The national executive has been shifted because of the Republic Day,” says Rajnath Singh.

The BJP has not even lodged any official police complaint about the 2.6 crore that have gone missing and the Congress is already jumping to conclusions. The BJP is already feeling the heat.

“This may be the cash for some future sting operation like the cash for vote conspiracy,” says Congress spokesperson Abhishek Singhvi.

“Those who live in houses made of glasses should not throw stones at others,” says BJP spokesperson Ravishankar Prasad.
