“He calls girls for interviews and lures them with cash offers. With the support of school he harasses the girls,” says Pooja.
Following the allegation both, the manager and the principal, were brutally beaten up by a group of Shiv Sena workers, led by Pooja on Monday afternoon.
But a police complaint dated January 31, lodged by the principal, tells a different story.
Pooja, who was repeatedly pulled up by the principal for indiscipline, was finally asked to leave the school a few weeks ago.
“She is a policeman's daughter, so she has this attitude where she doesn't listen to anyone,” says Principal, Cosmopolitan School, Sameena Usmani.
Pooja threatened Samina and Ganpath after her dismissal after which both lodged a complaint at the local police station.
The police got both sides to agree to a peaceful settlement on February 1. Pooja would leave the school - but be paid all her dues. But five days later, Shiv Sainiks assaulted the lady principal of a school in the town.
“She never mentioned this allegation before 5th. Destruction of school property is baseless,” says Ganpat Singh
The police, who stood by and watched the attack, now, say the attack was carried out by Pooja's relatives- there were no Shiv Sainiks involved.
