Akshay Kumar and Nagesh Kukunoor's troubles seem to be over now.
Their film 8x10 Tasveer was suffering thanks to a tussle between producers Percept Picture Company (PPC) and T-Series.
But now, the two parties have settled their differences.
T-Series will no longer be a co-producer after receiving the dishonoured payment from PPC amounting to Rs 66.7 million (Cheque No. 897813).
PPC has issued a fresh DD of the same amount (DD No. 194786) in lieu.
Percept is now free to release 8x10 Tasveer on the scheduled date of April 3, 2009. T-Series will continue to hold the music rights.
