New Delhi: TVS Motors controversial 125 cc bike Flame will soon hit the roads.
The company launched the bike even as its OS locked in a court battle with Bajaj Auto for using the DTSi technology.
This comes days after the Madras High Court barred the manufacture and sale of Flame.
TVS has priced the bike at Rs 46,000.
The company will not be using the twin spark ignitors – the provision that was challenged by Bajaj – and instead will use only one.
Bajaj uses digital twin spark ignition or DTSi technology for better fuel efficiency.
