Tweet Review: 'Joker', first day, first show

Said to be Akshay Kumar's 100th film, 'Joker' features a village called Paglapur that doesn't have any mention on the official Indian map. Raj Khurana (Akshay Kumar), who works with NASA, returns to his village only to find a heap of problems. He decides to do something about it but gets the shock of his life time when he figures out the absence of Paglapur from the files.

After 'Rowdy Rathore', Sonakshi Sinha will once again be seen with Akshay Kumar. Shreyas Talpade and Minissha Lamba will be seen in supporting roles while Chitrangada Singh is doing an item number in the film.

Akshay Kumar has been among the most successful Bollywood actors in last 2-3 years. 'Housefull 2' and 'Rowdy Rathore' earned more than Rs 100 crore, so the makers would be hoping for another good show from him on the ticket window.
