New Delhi: It is often said that music has no boundaries and Sur Kshetra, a much-awaited reality music show, demonstrates just that by bringing musical maestros from Indian and Pakistan. The show which goes on air September 8, 2012 will be anchored by Bollywood actress Ayesha Takia.
The show will have two teams battling out with musical notes, and mentored by the well-known music director Himesh Reshammiya and Pakistan's most popular singer Atif Aslam. The judges include none other than musical stalwarts like Asha Bhosle from India, Abida Parveen from Pakistan, and Runa Laila from Bangladesh.
A treat for music lovers, the show will witness celebrities from the Indian and Pakistani world of music such as Ismail Darbar, Alka Yagnik, Suresh Wadkar, Janab Ghulam Ali Sahab, Haddiqa Kiani, Amir Ali and Sajjad Ali scouting for musical talent.
