UP: Boy axes father to death for allegedly molesting sister

Indore: A young boy axed his father to death for allegedly molesting his sister in Indore in Uttar Pradesh in the wee hours on Thursday, police said. The maternal grandfather and uncle of the teenage boy helped him in killing his 45-year-old father.

The father used to allegedly molest his 14-year-old daughter, police station in-charge Yogesh Singh Tomar said. After killing the man, the three went to the police station to report the incident, following which they were arrested, Tomar said.

The body has been sent for postmortem and the police have recovered the weapon used for murdering the man from the spot.
