Moradabad: A class 9 girl student set herself on fire in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh after she was repeatedly sexually harassed. She was admitted to a hospital in a critical condition in Moradabad from where she was referred to Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital.
According to the sources, the girl was frustrated as no action had been taken against people who had been sexually harassing her.
Even though the police registered a case after she complained, but they are yet to arrest or act on it. As the girl was being harassed even after the complaint and the police were not taking any action, she decided to end her life
