UP: Unknown assailants gangrape, beat woman to death; body found hanging from tree

Fatehpur: A woman was allegedly beaten to death after being gangraped by some men in Sadar area near Bakangha village in the district, police said on Sunday.

The body of the unidentified woman, which was hanging from a tree, was spotted by a chowkidar who later informed the police.

A liquor bottle and three glasses were also recovered from the spot, they said, adding that the further probes are on.
