Neeta Yadav was compelled to deliver baby on the hospital floor and without any medical assistance.

"There was a long queue on the counter, before I could get the slip, Neeta fell down on the floor of hospital Varanda writhing with labour pain, but no hospital staff came for the rescue and she gave birth to a child," told Neeta's husband.

Looking at the scene, some other patients present in hospital protested.
