Bareilly: A 21-year-old youth allegedly raped a three-year-old girl in Cant area in Bareilly, police said on Wednesday.
The incident took place in Umaria Saidpur village on January 28 when Mohammad Farooq raped the girl, SSP Satyendra Veer Singh said.
The accused has been arrested on Tuesday by the police.
