Washington: 'The US stands strong against Zawahiri'. That's the word from US President George W Bush in response to the video comments made by Osama bin Laden's deputy, Ayman al-Zawahiri, on Thursday.
In a video recording broadcast by the television channel Al-Jazeera, Ayman al-Zawahiri linked the terror group's battle against the western world to the ongoing West Asia crisis.
He said that all Muslims should join the holy war against Israel.
However, George Bush said that US stands against him. "Here's a fellow who is in a remote region of the world, putting out statements, basically encouraging people to use terrorist tactics to kill innocent people, to achieve political objectives, and the United States of America stands strong against Zawahiri and his types."
