Vibrant Gujarat Summit: Anil Ambani compares Modi to Gandhi, Dhirubhai

Ahmedabad: Reliance ADAG Chairman Anil Ambani on Friday compared Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi to to Mahatma Gandhi, Sardar Patel and Dhirubhai Ambani at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit 2013. Modi will reach out to around 50,000 investors at the Vibrant Gujarat Summit, inviting them to set up shop in Gujarat.

Reliance Industries Limited Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced huge investments in Gujarat over a period of three years. Speaking at the summit, he said, "RIL will invest Rs 100,000 crore in Gujarat over three years."

The Gujarat Chief Minister was also lauded by India Incorporate for the development in the state. "Gujarat is often compared to China. The day will soon come when China will be compared to Gujarat," Mahindra and Mahindra Chairman Anand Mahindra said.
