Ayesha Takia paid a whopper to host music reality show
A little birdie chirps to say that Ayesha Takia is being paid a whopper for hosting a small screen show. The actress is apparently being paid around Rs 85 lakh for anchoring the music reality show which has Himesh Reshammiya and Atif Aslam as mentors and Suresh Wadkar, Runa Laila and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as judges. Not bad for someone with no films happening for the moment!
Akshay gets a German doctor on sets of 'Rowdy Rathore'
Akshay Kumar is currently in Germany for the treatment of a shoulder injury which occured during the shoot of Rowdy Rathore. But the star is slated to be back in time for the next schedule of the film at Badami, Karnataka, despite the pain.
The Khiladi doesn't want the production schedule to go haywire. Since he doesn't want to take a chance with his injury, Akshay's German orthopedician is also accompanying him to the shoot! Prevention is better than cure.
Suniel Shetty gets emotional after meeting his biggest fan
Suniel Shetty was shooting for a song at the Filmistan Studios for Afra Tafri along with Mughda Godse and Aarya Babbar. The shoot was brought to a halt when Anna's fan Jaswant Singh Rathod walked in carrying a huge album. Jaswant who is from Ludhiana has been collecting details on Anna from 1997 and finally managed to meet the star.
The entire unit gathered around Anna and his fan to see the massive album. Suniel got so emotional that he wanted to take the album home to show his kids what extent a fan can go for his hero.
Daler Mehndi records song for a new film
Daler Mehndi with director Rakesh Mehta at a recording of the song Main Haryane Ka Sher for Life Ki Toh Lag Gayi. Apparently Daler agreed to render a track as the film is about a Haryanvi cop.
