'Man of Steel', that goes into the origin of Superman, is an upcoming film directed by Zack Snyder. It has been produced by Christopher Nolan of 'The Dark Knight Rises' fame and scripted by David Goyer. The film stars Henry Cavill as Superman and with Amy Adams as Lois Lane.
