New Delhi: Twitter is now leveraging the popularity of NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing) to further boost its user count.
On Sunday the world's top microblogging service broadcast the first of its television commercials. The initial series of seven television spots all revolve around the NASCAR theme. All the seven ads are 16 seconds long.
Twitter had also put up a special NASCAR page to showcase "the best tweets, photos and perspectives from NASCAR drivers and their families, crews, commentators, celebrities and fans – all in a single timeline."
