ULFA leader held, talks with India doubtful

Guwahati/New Delhi: The Chairman of the ULFA, Arabind Rajkhowa, was finally and officially declared arrested by India after he was handed over by Bangladesh and taken into Indian custody and kept at a safe house in Guwahati. But will talking to Rajkhowa without the support of ULFA's military commander Paresh Barua have an impact? And what is India's game plan?
