WB: Class 8 student attacked with blades, sticks for refusing to give food

Kolkata: In a suspected case of ragging, a class 8 student of a public school in West Bengal's West Midnapore district was allegedly attacked by his hostel-mates for refusing to give them his food.

The child said that he was tortured with blades and sticks and left bleeding naked on the floor.

An FIR has been filed by the police against the suspects.
