All must to accept party's decision: Khanduri

New Delhi: Former Uttarakhand chief minister and BJP MP from Garhwal, B C Khanduri, spoke to CNN-IBN about the in-fighting and the deepening crisis with the party.

Divyamanu Chaudhry: The BJP is not appearing as a strengthened party.

B C Khanduri: My personal view is that post May 16 (Lok Sabha results day)-- this is my opinion, I don't know what the organisation's opinion is -- we have gone into a depression, which I think was not required.

Divyamanu Chaudhry: Are you upset about treatment to senior people in party? Do you think the party's central leadership could have done it in a more responsible manner.

B C Khanduri: There are senior, responsible people leading the organisation, and if they take any decision it has to be understood and it has to be accepted. They have considered all pros and cons. Whenever there is a decision some people are bound to be happy and some are bound to be unhappy. As a member of the party we have to accept their wisdom - there is no point to debate over it publicly. Whatever I have to say I will say in the four walls of the organisation.

Divyamanu Chaudhry: Why don't matters stay inside four walls of BJP organisation?

B C Khanduri: I don't think BJP alone is to be blamed. Greater discipline in the party is required (but) it is a disease which has set into all parties and even the society.
