West Bengal: School teacher arrested for molesting a girl student

Howrah: A school teacher was arrested on Thursday for allegedly molesting a girl student of Prashasta High School at Prashasta in Howrah district.

The police said Biswajit Saha was arrested on Thursday evening after the parents of the girl lodged a complaint with Domjur police station that Saha had molested her on Wednesday.

The police said the parents of the class-V student came to know about the incident when she refused to go to school. The locals gathered at the school premises this afternoon to demand the teacher's immediate arrest.
