New Delhi: He has the license to kill and is out to get the license to charm. The new bond on the block - Daniel Craig is all set to thrill audiences across the world amidst all the hype and criticism as the first blonde Bond in the soon-to-be released Casino Royale.

“I always said when the criticism started coming through, wait and see what the movie is about because I knew from the very beginning we were going to try and do something. I wouldn't have set in on this if we weren't trying to make a great movie. That was the intention,” Craig said.

With actors Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan as his predecessors, Craig has some very big boots to fill in. Naturally, there is a lot of pressure on those broad shoulders.

“You have to work six days a week and there is not much time to think about anything else,” Craig said.

However, Craig's hot body goes a long way to silence criticism about his looks. A new diet or a new workout regime helped a lot to build that Bond bod.

“I did the things that you are supposed to do which is go to the gym. I started three months before we started shooting. Five days a week in the gym, get the protein in. Get the diet right,” Craig said.

So, will Craig be able to live up to the legend of James Bond? To find out, wait till Casino Royale hits theatres on November 17.
