New York: Hollywood actor Will Smith is determined to fulfill his promise to star in a Bollywood movie.
He has been taking advice from Slumdog Millionaire director Danny Boyle, reports contactmusic.com.
Boyle turned his hand to making a film in India with his latest project, which was shot in Mumbai and the moviemaker is convinced that Smith is serious about trying his luck in a different genre of pictures as Smith made several trips to visit him onset in India.
"While we were filming there, Will Smith came over twice. There's a massive coming together of Bollywood and Hollywood. It'll only take one person to bring them together and it will be huge," Boyle said.
Smith also sought out Anil Kapoor, who confirmed that the actor recently paid him a visit.
"Yes, he came to visit us. He came to my residence. Very nice chap," Anil Kapoor said.
