- March 31, 1999: Kulkarni identifies Nanda as the man who killed six people by his rash driving
- September 30, 1999: Kulkarni dropped as prosecution witness
- March 19, 2007: Judge recalls Kulkarni to depose
- May 18, 2007: Kulkarni identifies Sanjeev Nanda as one of three people in the car
- May 29, 2007: Kulkarni tells the court Sanjeev Nanda was not driving the car
